My husband sees Dr. Seina Farshadafet, & he is kind, compassionate, explains everything completely & takes his time with the patient, plus he's easy to talk to. The front office girls treated us kindly & respectfully, despite being busy. There's never a long wait here like some offices."
"5 Stars + 5 Hearts a Perfect 10 .... I can not believe the self entitlement in the people who have left bad reviews. It's not just you! They take care of more people than you can imagine full heartedly. I would wait all day if I had to. These people care and oversee a great deal of management and treatment. I have to add how dare you judge the girls up front based on perspective! You're clueless about the extreme amount of work they do! FOR US ,FOR YOU! Be more understanding it's not a fast food drive thru! I am far from a perfect patient . I forget appointments , perhaps show up late or too early. They forgive, forget, and encourage! IF you're looking at the reviews in consideration of becoming a new patient, consider this. They could have easily turned me away on day 1 . They didn't. Instead , I I received the help and motivation to keep myself in the best shape possible without prejudice. Your bad experience or mishap doesn't belong here on Google. It is going to happen from time to time, and I know for a fact it won't help you feel better."

"Was worried based on reviews but had my first appointment with Dr. Jarbou today and feel very good about it! I went despite online reviews as my primary care doc recommended this clinic specifically. The front office staff were helpful and friendly and very easy to communicate with. Dr. Jarbou was the same. She is very thorough and is having me see a blood doctor before having any scopes due to history of blood clots. I appreciate her thoroughness. I was impressed she is familiar with Saccharomyces Boulardii (probiotic) and that she takes a more Holistic approach. She was friendly and made me feel like she truly cares about me, even on a first visit. I couldn’t have been happier and am shocked with the reviews online."

"This is a doctor I couldn't say enough good about, when I was diagnosed with a very rare disorder that was very affecting to my gastrointestinal system in many different ways with many symptoms that were hard to manage, he was the only Gastroenterologist of many from other hospitals as well as the University of Michigan to be able to manage my symptoms and bring me back to a healthy state in my life after one of the top hospitals in michigan University of Michigan told me that I had only 6 months to one year to live and he was the only doctor that was able to get all my management under control and bring me back to where 12 years later I am in a well state of health. He also has taken care of my family and has done an excellent job at that and been very patient, courteous and kind to all of us and treated us with the utmost respect and is always went out of his way to meet the health needs and emotional support required throughout the times that he has treated us.
