Dr. Jarbou earned her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She then completed her internal medicine residency and fellowship in gastroenterology at Corewell Health Beaumont Farmington Hills, formerly known as Botsford Hospital. Always striving to stay at the forefront of her field, she actively participates in medical conferences and seminars nationwide to stay current on emerging technologies and best practices in digestive health.
Dr. Jarbou specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of gastrointestinal disorders with advanced training in EGD (esophagogastroduodenoscopy), colonoscopy, and ERCP (endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography). Her clinical interests include complex GI issues involving the esophagus, stomach, intestines, pancreas, and biliary system. As a dedicated member of the team at Tayeb Gastroenterology & Associates, Dr. Jarbou is passionate about delivering high-quality, individualized care in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Dr. Jarbou’s office was very modern and clean. The staff was very nice and the PA was very knowledgable. Dr. Jarbou was very nice and comforting.
