Tayeb Gastroenterology & Associates is a well-established adult gastroenterology practice located in Rochester Hills, MI, specializing in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of conditions affecting the esophagus, stomach, small intestine, colon, liver, gallbladder, and pancreas. Founded in 2000 by Dr. Ghiath Tayeb, the practice has grown steadily over the years through a strong foundation of clinical excellence and compassionate care. With the addition of Dr. Reem Jarbou in 2019 and Dr. Seina Farshadsefat in 2020, the practice continues to expand its expertise while maintaining a personalized approach to care. Our team offers outpatient consultations in our Rochester Hills office and inpatient care at Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital with endoscopic procedures performed at both the Rochester Endoscopy and Surgery Center and the endoscopy suite at Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital.

I met Dr. Farshadsefat through a hospital visit and have had a procedure and office visit with him since, He is very kind , approachable and listens to what I say. Great bedside manner and seems very genuine. I'd highly recommend him for GI needs. The office is clean , and I had a great experience meeting his other team members such as Rosemary at the front desk who made check in seamless and made me feel welcomed as well as Kristen the PA who came in and introduced herself - this office is alittle hard to get ahold of over the phone BUT it's worth it to have quality care when you're there.

He takes the time to truly understand each patient?s needs and concerns, providing personalized care that addresses both their physical and emotional wellbeing.Dr. Farshadsefat is a physician who goes beyond simply treating a disease, instead focuses on the wellbeing of his patients as individuals. This includes listening to patients? concerns, understanding their perspective, and providing support and guidance in addition to medical treatment.His compassion, empathy, kindness sincere caring, and support and the extra effort he puts to make his patients comfortable is truly remarkable. He always knows how to make his patients feel that they are being cared for, that their concerns are Valid, and that they are being heard. Always gives his undivided attention in spite of his busy schedule!
I can't speak for everyone else but I have had no problems here. Dr Jarbou is nice and informative from my experience.
I had the most wonderful experience today with Rosie and Rita. They are so professional and kind they will make anyone feel so comfortable coming there, you will want to come back just to see the two ladies smile thank you ladies so much for a lovely experience you know, I’ll be seeing you shortly.
